I can whip up this simple soup in less than 5 minutes with what I have right in my pantry.
Grab these items out of your pantry and add it all to your favorite pot to get this hot delicious soup fired up.
- Ro-Tel Diced tomatoes w/ green chilis
- Goya Black Beans
- Chicken Broth
- Corn (frozen or canned)
- plus a cup of water,
- 1-2 tsp each of chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper (to taste)
This soup can then be served as is or add some great toppings like:
- sour cream
- avocado
- cheddar cheese
- side of tortilla chips
