A little about me….
I’m Jenn and I’m a wife to my “Mr. Incredible”, a momma to four “incredible” kids, and a wrecked pot of clay being gently molded by the Hands of the Potter since age 22. I completely relate to “Elasta Girl” since being stretched in MANY directions is also my superpower.
I love Jesus. I love coffee – lots of coffee. I love my family. I love the beach and nature.

I love sharing ideas that make your family healthy, help you experience nature, and refresh your heart spiritually. We also need that reminder that we are not alone on this journey.
Since I enjoy chatting so much with lots of different mommas, I found many wanted more of the details of how I raise and train my kids, how I homeschool, and what tools I use.
One key area I share passionately about everywhere I go is how I live to raise my kids to have a relationship with Jesus in today’s popular culture. Along with that, I am passionate about teaching my kids to be strong contributors to the world around us, have valuable life skills & manners, and be humble and kind.
The family unit is where I believe this begins so when you sign up to receive my posts you will get ideas to cultivate lasting family relationships, make new traditions and memories, and giving back.
Finally, if you are looking for personal encouragement on how YOU can manage “all of the above” then you are on the right site! I’ve got quite a bit of that too!

My Story
My husband and I had felt called to homeschool even before we were married. So in 2013, after a long professional career, I quit my job when our oldest child was about to enter first grade, and shortly after having baby number 4 -we headed onto a new journey for our whole family.
Our first born also has Down syndrome and she has taught our family more than I could ever teach her — mostly to never underestimate her or anyone with a different ability. Homeschooling her and our additional three little warriors, being involved in their education and character growth, has been a humbling, amazing experience!
We love getting outdoors and exploring, especially when ice cream is involved, and have been really spoiled by being able to take advantage of everyone else being in school.
Becoming a SAHM has opened the doors for me to do things that I enjoy – like this bloggy thing! God knows that motherhood is one of the most challenging times in a woman’s life so I love having a tribe to help me feel like I am not alone.
Jesus taught us to encourage, be kind, be compassionate, and to speak life to one another with grace. I pray you find that right here.
