Here is my F A V O R I T E nature resource for learning and drawing! This book Nature Anatomy has simple drawings and explanations for all things nature. It is perfect for ages 3 – 11 and fun to just sit and look at.
You can even put some of these in the car for next time you are at the park or trying to enjoy a little mom conversation while out and about. The pictures make it easy for kids below reading age to hunt for the items.
I love to pop mine into a dry erase pocket and hand the kids an expo marker to go check off the list. Keep a fun nature book with it and off you go!
